HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ITEM(S) I PURCHASED?
The TOPPCOCK Online Store accepts the following methods of payment:
a) Credit Card/PayPal
b) BDO Bank Deposit/ATM Payment (currently unavailable)
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT THE ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
For customers paying via credit card or PayPal, an e-mail confirming the purchase shall be sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the TOPPCOCK Online Store form, upon completion of the payment process.
BDO BANK DEPOSIT/ ATM PAYMENT
Customers opting to pay via bank deposit will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed along with ToppCock’s bank information.
HOW TO PAY VIA BDO BANK DEPOSIT/ATM PAYMENT
- Shop for your favorite ToppCock items at the TOPPCOCK online store.
- Choose the BDO Over-The-Counter Bank Deposit/ATM Payment option at checkout.
- Click Place Order button.
- Check your email for a notification message with instructions, your order # and our bank details.
- Pay at any BDO branches or ATM using the bank details we provided. Make sure to pay your Total Order Amount. Underpaid orders will not be processed.
- Write your name and Order # on the validated deposit slip/ATM transaction receipt. Take a photo or scan the deposit slip/ATM receipt and send to email@example.com. Failure to do this step will delay/cancel the order process.
- Your order will be processed for shipping as soon as payment is verified.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The TOPPCOCK Online Shop receives orders 24/7 but our courier pick up has a cut off time of 10:00AM from Mondays through Fridays only. All orders placed before the cut off time will be processed and picked up from our warehouse on the same day. For orders placed beyond the cut off time, processing and warehouse pick up will be on the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be processed and picked up from our warehouse on the following business day.
Delivery within Metro Manila shall take one (1) to five (5) business days. Provincial area deliveries will have a duration of five (5) to ten (10) business days. All periods shall commence from the day of pick-up from our warehouse.
Please note that we aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame. Since we and our third party courier partner may follow national, seasonal, and declared holidays; these no-operation days may also affect the processing and shipping of your packages. Please also note that we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of the whole delivery process (from the moment the items are picked-up from our warehouse up to the time of delivery to you).
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING FEE?
We offer flat rate shipping/delivery fees for the following areas:
Metro Manila: PHP 70 via XEND
Provincial: PHP 110 via XEND
Our system will automatically determine your shipping charges upon entering your complete shipping address during checkout. Shipping charges may change without prior notice.
CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF THE ITEM(S) I PURCHASED?
A tracking number shall be provided to each processed purchase and shall be sent via email. This tracking number can be keyed in on the space provided in our partner courier’s website to allow customers to check the status of their purchase.
